Our electronic engineers and management team
We believe that a business is only as strong as its people, and we’re incredibly lucky to have a fantastic team of reliable, responsive and passionate and dedicated engineers who continually help us to exceed client expectations.
Joining the Daletech team over 2 decades ago before moving into her current role as Managing Director in 2016, Tracey Dawson takes care of the full customer service experience and consultations. Since completing the Goldman Sachs 10KSB programme, Tracey has driven Daletech on a strong growth trajectory based on offering the highest service levels possible.
One of the original founders, Production Director Andrew Shenton oversees our electronic engineers, ensuring that we consistently maintain our quality standards.
As our business grows, so does our team, and during the course of 2018 we've taken on an assistant to support Andrew, a new senior electronic engineer and an apprentice.
This year we have also employed Viv Parry as Daletech’s Financial Director. She has come from a background of a variety of sectors, along with running her own Food manufacturing business and brings a diversity and wealth of knowledge that will ensure Daletech is scaleable and sustainable as it achieves its high growth trajectory.
